Coaching is about helping people and communities grow and release their potential.

My clients have included charity managers, government staff in Zambia, social entrepreneurs in Kenya and Sierra Leone, communities, young leaders, and people thinking about organisational development. I increasingly focus on ‘Community Coaching’, working with communities and organisations who want to create change and catalyse community transformation.

Get in touch if you’d like to explore how we might work together. I also enjoy coaching and working out in nature, so let me know if you’d like to incorporate some nature and wilderness into your community.

Elizabeth does two crucial things in coaching well: 1) She provides a safe and open space for coachees to feel truly able to reflect, and 2) She’s forensically focused on solutions and action orientated so her coachees can see improvements in themselves. I highly recommend her! Robin Chu

Since starting coaching with you, I am feeling more confident and able to make decisions. Your coaching has enabled me to reflect on the way I carry myself at work and in life, and the ways in which I am able to successfully bring more of myself into the work sphere. I feel that I am in a safe place in our sessions, and I have enjoyed the freedom to freely speak. I feel very listened to. Thank you!Jenny T

I’m a Ministry of Entrepreneurship (MOE)-certified coach. The training was accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, and the Association for Coaching (AC). I was thrilled to subsequently be invited onto the MOE Operating Board, and invited to speak at their inaugural conference in 2016. You can find out more about me and the other work I’m involved in over on the About page.
